  1. Alright guys I'm starting to lose my mind working on this bike I have spark, fuel, compression, and timing lines up. But it still won't start. So far this is what I've done Checked camshaft timing Loosened valves are super loose Wet cylinder test. Cleaned all electrical connections. Removed exhaust ( thought maybe it was clogged) The bike Bike has a fresh battery in it when I first got the bike the cables were hooked up the wrong way. I checked the 2 20amp fuses under the seat and there in tack. But none of the lights and push start work ( I've been jumping the solenoid) Also when I first got the bike it had a really weak spark barely anything after cleaning all the connections I managed to get a bright blue spark ( like in the video) The only thing I can think of is the bike is not in neutral. The rear brakes are stuck and it has 2 flat tires so trying to shift into a different gear is impossible. It gets spark though so I don't think it has a neutral safety switch. Here's a video of my compression readings and spark. Any advice would be greatly appreciated The bike has 120psi of compression. I did a DIY leak-down test. Most air came out of the oil dipstick which indicates bad piston rings. The bike only has 1400 miles on it, And still, with 120psi of compression I should at least get a stutter or a few pops like it's trying to start Thanks for reading any advice would be greatly appreciated.
