Hi. The manual says recommended operating pressure of 4.4psi for the front and 4.0 for the rear, and a maximum operating pressure of 5.1psi.
I suppose you have tried adjusting the suspension' spring pressure ?
Thanks for the reply, didn’t know I could adjust the suspension. How do I go about it?

Does anyone use a fuel additive in their quads? If so, what are you using?

Hi everyone, I have a Suzuki King Quad 300. I live in 4.5 acres which is quite rocky with a lot of ups and downs. With the solid rear axle it is a very hard ride and can only be ridden quite slowly. Is 5 psi too low? At that pressure it is a lot more forgiving.

Hi everyone, I have a Suzuki King Quad 300 I bought new in 2020. I am looking for a workshop and owners manual for it. I have looked online and can purchase a manual but they only go up to 2004. Does anyone know if there is a newer edition or would that cover my Quad. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, my name is Steve I live in Australia and have a Suzuki King Quad 300 I bought new in 2020 only has 24kms on it so far, only use it for pulling small trailer or for spraying weeds etc on our 4.5 acres.

Had issues with mine after I pulled it apart and cleaned it. Idled beautifuly, and revved up but would then die down and stall. Was doing my head in had the carby off five times and couldn’t work it out. Turned out I had mixed the choke jet and the main jet and had them the wrong way around. They are the same size to look at, but, the hole in the main jet is larger than the choke jet. Swapped them around and runs like a champion again. Hope that helps

Try the idle adjusting screw looks like a cog on mine or maybe on the end of an extension cable. I would try that before pulling anything else apart.

The tow ball on the front is a great idea, would be interested in seeing it when it is finished.

Hi, I have a Suzuki King Quad 300 and had same issue. Hadn’t been started for a couple of months. Thought it might be the fuel had gone off so drained and cleaned the tank filled with fresh fuel but was still the same. Pulled the car by apart and found the primary/idle jet was blocked cleaned that and the carby and other jests and runs like a charm again.

Hi everyone, when I bought my new King Quad 300 in 2020, I have realised I didn’t get an owners manual. Does anyone have a copy? I think the 2000 - 2004 is the same as mine. I have checked the download area but there doesn’t appear to be one. TIA
