  1. Does anybody know of a brake pad that fits a bayou 220 without having to grind the mounts? Thanks in advance

  2. Looks like ill have to remove engine from the frame. I cant seem to slide the cover off the shift lever shaft without hitting the frame.
  3. I think i can remove drive shaft and remove engine mounting bolts. Tilt engine on the side a little and remove cover. Found a y tube video were someone removed foot peg to get some room.
  4. The reason I joined this group was to gain access to the service manual you mention. If i had that, i wouldnt be asking these questions. I'm an experienced mechanic, just a new member. Thanks
  5. I have a 1988 bayou 220 with a oil leak where the drive shaft connects to the engine at the wires comming out of the case. Can i fix this without removing the engine? Whats this gear housings called ? I'll need a gasket and looks like shifter seal at least. Any help would be appreciated.
