  1. I have a 2000 wolverine 350 that the woodruff key sheared on. In turn it banged up the woodruff key keyway. Is there any way to fix this without replacing the crank? I would have to replace the cdi rotor because it scraped up the inside of it. I just don't want to waste money on this four wheeler if it isn't going to be a permanent fix.

  2. Ok folks so here is the deal. I have a 2000 Yamaha wolverine that wasn't starting so I tore it down and the woodruff key had sheared. I got a new woodruff key and side gasket replaced it and put it together now there is a rattling grinding sound coming from that side when the four wheeler is running. I have took it apart three more times just to check it out and everything appears to be in place properly. Any help would be appreciated. I am at my wits end with it.
