I used to have one of these. Check the left lower front frame rail, I think. Here was mine:

I found the VIN there on the frame. I moved from Utah to Cali and trying to get it registered here. They want to se the serial number that it put on the engine cases and I am having a problem finding it. It is usually on the cases near where the cylinder mounts. Any ideas on that.

I have a 2003 kodiak 450 and I am trying to locate the engine serial number, hope someone can help?
