So my winch plate fell off and on inspection the area on the front frame where the mounting plate sits have rotted out, I have moved winch and mounting plate off to the side and only way i can see to fix this would be to cut off original Yamaha frame mount and weld/bolt a piece of flat stock to the frame. Google was not my friend this time as all I could find was how to mount noting on repair, had a quick search here but saw nada also. Wondering if anyone else has run into this and how the fixed the problem thanks.
