its like the rearends locked but u can put it in 4x4 it pulls put it in gear it boggs down like somethings holdin it back

one guy said on here 700$ but what i was asking one guy said it had cv joints u say bearing ive worked on alot of four wheelers but never would fool with a automatic for this reason i alwys had a clutch to tell u the truth im a honda yamaha man ive started rina clutch when i was 8 years old my first was a honda 50 dirtbikethis is the first automatic iv e ever owned

im redoin this old 4 wheeler i bout got the hole engine new from the top end down to the gears then it quit firein u guys help me trace that down it was thei beleve its called a voltage regulator now im worried bout the rearend

What Ck said.... do you mean driveline backlash? Like when driving you get a clunking noise (on or off the gas) or when you move rear components by hand?

slack as in ware an what ? ...
can ya tell if it is the rear differential?
or is there slack in the u,joints in the drive shaft?
or could it be as simple as the axle or wheel bearings ?

model is 2000 when i say slack i mean u can feel play in it when u roll it with ur hands back and forth but one side has just a little more than the other

rightwhen i put the new timing chain in puta new 4x4 gear in i put it in superlow didnt no it

i got new rings for a 2000 king qaud 4x4 they fit perfect when it was running ive checked th pluug and the plug wire i checked th wireing with a voltmeter it stops get fire at the in the wires plug in the front but theres acouple ground wires un plugged but i dont tthink they r much but the reason i said its in superlow i put everthing in the moter new timing chain but i forgot the 4x4 gear had to put all the gears back i put the hi low super low in super low by mistake i started it withboostin cabeles it quit
i rode it about 20feet it was crawlin like a bulldozer thats how i no its in super lowit run about 2 min and quit and wouldnt fire i just hate to pull that side of the moter off again unless its ahave to

i have a 300 suzuki king qaud wont fire but its stuck in super low is that a problemor is it somethin else i check the stator with a voltmeter itits fire ther:aargh:

yes finaly someone talked to me yea u can put it in high low but the shifter wontt go in neutral it shift down to 1 and thats it
