Need two front rims for an 03 Ozark 250

I still have two Honda 25es Big Red's. Love em!!!!!!!!!!!!

just picked up an 02 Ozark. Hasnt been run in a while. Starter was dragging so i got it to fire up and actually run with the pull rope and was running good. I shut it off and now when i try to pull it with the pull rope it acts like it is locked up.I got it to spin with the rope one othet time then locked agin. Could it be the pull rope or the starter jamed?
