Is the screw on the bottom supposed to be a fuel or air mix screw? If it is im pretty sure its not doing what its supposed to be doing. Its either to tight to most or to loose that it will come out.

Ya I guess im just going to have to do that because the needles new and the floats are fine. All new orings. Ill try running some wire through it and try it out again

No its not flooding. And I've already tried that and it didn't rev high. Any other ideas?

carb has had a rebuild kit and cleaned out. It is getting fuel. My friend thinks it may have an air leak but all the rings have been replaced and other rubber is good. Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
