Yeah. Never rolled, only bumped into a tree on the front bumper.

Decent turning radius. It does pop the wheels up pretty easily though.

I was going to say something about it being a wheelie machine... I was test riding one, at the dealership I worked at, either after assembly or working on a customer unit, and yeah... they do pick the front up real easy. Nice find!

  2. A tight valve adjustment can cause hard starting.

I have seen vehicles parked and not start later. Usually, it has been happening for a while... hard to start in the morning, but once started, will start all day.

If you are squirting gas directly in the cylinder, through the spark plug hole, you might be flooding it.

Might want to try a new plug.

Odd that it has spark, compression (??), and fuel without starting.

  3. Most likely your belt is either wrong or just too tight, keeping the transmission input shaft turning.

There are shims in the drive CVT clutch to change the belt preload. There may be adjustments in the engine to transmission distance.

You should have a little over an inch (1 1/8 to 1 1/4) of depression in your belt.

Also, there is usually a sleeve on the drive clutch shaft that should rotate freely. If it is siezed, it can cause the belt to drag, causing it to not go into gear while running.

I'm sure someone will be along with a link to a manual.
