I have already owned and sold an 06 ltr450 it was bone stock, I never raced it just trails and street. Recently i have been wanting to get back into riding and also racing(xc, scrambles). I have watched a lot of racing but never came out and asked the question, yfz450 vs the ltr450. I know the ltr never rode or knew anyone with a yfz, but every race i see has a lot of yfz seems like from the racing aspect the yfzs are more popular. Is it just me thinking too much into it or is it true are the yfzs better for racing, or which one do you guys think has the better geometry, reliability, performance and so on for racing.
