Sorry if this post is repeated but I could not find any search feature on this forum to look for an answer to my dilemma. After 22 years, I finally lost my 2nd key to my 4 wheeler and I am jumping thru hoops to try to get another key made. The wiring diagram looks simple enough. Does anybody know if it is as simple as hooking those wires up to a toggle switch DPST? The wires seem to go into a connector box that the manual says is where you are suppose to disconnect the wires. However, it appears as though I would need to remove the front fender and rack to get at this connector box. Thats not going to happen. Every bolt is rusted tight. So that is what led me to think about just a couple of switches. Not worried about security, just getting it running so I can use it for hunting again. Please help!

i bought my son a 91 honda fourtrax 200 for christmas - spent $500 getting it tuned and running good, broke right after new year, spent another $600 getting it fixed again (they said it threw a pin and messed up the inside of the engine) - had it back about 2 weeks not and after about the first 3 days the chain popped off, he fixed it a few times, happened again today and then wouldn't start so he push started it but then it died again, I had to go tow him home and now it's once again sitting in the back yard... when you push the start button nothing happens - has he messed something up really bad again, I've got about $1600 into the damn thing... should i just get rid of the money pit?
