  1. I've acquired a 2002 Polaris Sportsman 400 with True 4x4 on demand. I've taken all the plastics off and pressure washed it so I can begin checking what it needs to run again. Looking for front drive parts: factory rims (1520217-117, 1520269-486), front prop shafts, hubs, Hilliard clutch assemblys, speedometer (or complete top pod with adjustable headlight). Also I'd appreciate any info or links for aftermarket parts sites selling cheaper Polaris compatible parts (Polaris is HIGH$$). Anybody aware of a Polaris "Boneyard" site? I'm in Virginia. Thanks for your help.

  3. My son-in-law has been passed down a Sportsman 90 for my grandson's enjoyment and use. I downloaded the service manual. Thanks for posting those. I think Black Oxide was the poster. Does anyone have the Owners manual or IPL for a 2001 Polaris Sportsman 90 they can e-mail me? This machine came with no support literature. Thanks for your help! Pappabear
