Hi everyone.

I'm a atv rider and hobbyist mechanic. A friend of mine recently wrecked (rolled) his atv and i needed a service manual to troubleshoot his atv after repairing the visible damage. The atv ran but had no power. It ended up being a bent valve robbing it of compression. New valves and valve seals and a head gasket and He is back up and running strong thanks to the information and service manual I found here. We saved about a $1000 in service costs because we didn't have to take it to the Honda dealer for repair and I had a riding buddy again yesterday.

      Has anyone had a suzuki 230 quad lock the engine up?  Its a well maintained bike, it locked up when my son was riding it. Pulled the plug, it has connected with the piston. I'm thinking the con rod let go.  I don't have a service manual.  Does the engine need to come out to check further?

      Heavy Duty ATV Cover

      Does anyone have a recommendation of a really Heavy Duty ATV cover. I have bought several and they do keep the water off somewhat, but they are very thin and do not contour with the shape very well and water pools up in the rack louvers. I think i may be looking for a heavy canvas one, if anyone has a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated.
