Anyone know where I can find parts for wicked a-arms? My son has them on his MX YFZ 450. I just noticed the bushings/spacers on the top a-arm is worn bad. Are these parts interchangeable with other brands? I have been looking for days and end up at a dead end. I noticed other brands look similar, but are they? Any suggestions will be Greatly appreciated!

I believe I found what I was looking for. Found out the guys who makes wicked a-arms for quads is no longer in business, moved to California.But anyway, American Star carries the replacement parts for these a-arms. I heard the guy from wicked a-arms use to work for American Star. I have placed my order and when I receive them, I will post my findings.

      Has anyone had a suzuki 230 quad lock the engine up?  Its a well maintained bike, it locked up when my son was riding it. Pulled the plug, it has connected with the piston. I'm thinking the con rod let go.  I don't have a service manual.  Does the engine need to come out to check further?

      Oxidized or faded plastic body parts

      I recently read an article about restoring or at least improving the looks of faded and discolored plastic body parts. In the article it suggested using a 50/50 mixture of boiled linseed oil and paint thinner. You mix it up and apply it with a brush or rag to rub it in and remove the oxidation. I curious to find out if anyone has had experience with doing this and what was their short/long term results of doing so. I would hate to try it and find out that a few weeks/months down the road my plastic body parts self destruct.

      I just bought a rare beast!

      Hello All
      I'm kinda new to ATVs. I just bought a 1987 Suzuki quad runner 230 Dual Range. I'm having a problem finding info on it. It's very clean, only 2.800 miles. The front wheels are only 30 in.center to center. I was thinking about adding wheel spacers to give it more stability. I realize the added stress on ball joints and bearings. I'm wondering if there are any other concerns? Any input is greatly appreciated!
