Hey guys. I have a 2004 Polaris PRedator and the piece that connects the vent tube to the gas cap came off. so the tube wont just go into the hole. Im supposed to be going to ride tomorrow so is it safe to ride it without the tube? or if not is there something I can do for a quick fix?

Well, I'm 13, and I have a Predator 500. It's strong, I think it's comfortable(for what it is, at least), but it certainly doesn't make me look like a dwarf. The only reason I don't look like a dwarf on it is I'm pretty big for a 13 year old. 5'8" and 200 pounds.

Right now the top end is getting machined for the new piston. Goin from 83mm bore to a 83.5 with a 10.25:1 high comp piston.

Hey guys, sorry it took so long to respond. It was a stock filter, but now we have a K&N. The oil in the airbox was because the motor oil was over full, and the overflow tube goes to the airbox. Thanks for all the comments anyway!

My dad's Fourtrax has no front brakes when you first pull it, but when he pumps it 5 or 6 times it does just as good as a new one. We had the brakes bled and it didn't do any good. Any ideas?

OK, we found out what it was...We need a new air filter:confused: We ran it without it for a few minutes up the road without the air filter, and it ran like a scalded dog, which is more like it.

It's an '04, so the motor is broken in. Any idea what it could be?

We just got a Polaris 500 Predator yesterday, and today it started missing really bad, and there was a significant amount of oil in the air filter box. No smoke is coming out of the exhaust. Please help as to what you think it might be!!!

Well, as it said in my sig, my dad and I both have Fourtrax 300's, and today we got a Polaris Predator 500. I'm so excited! I love my Fourtrax dearly, but this Predator will flat scoot! I'm sooooooooooooooooooo happy!

I noticed that you also have a Valkyrie, if you want more power, put that motor in the Fourtrax frame.

I have an '88 Honda Fourtrax 300 and I was wondering what kind of aftermarket exhaust you guys would recommend? I want some more power, and I've seen the Cobra and the Jardine, but I don't know if those would give me the best power. Please help!!!
