Don't sweat all that, I appreciate the help so far. I hate when people mess with things and then we have to try and unfu*k what they did to get to the root of the issue

I am wondering on the wiring for these links, one has 4 wires the other has two. The one with 4 wires goes to start solenoid b+2 and the one with 2 wires goes to start solenoid b+1. To me it feels like the b+2 goes to the battery side of the solenoid and the other goes to the starter wire of the solenoid

Found the wiring diagram that I linked and searched around; it has two ring terminals that are supposed to be on the battery side of the starter solenoid. Those two ring terminals have 6 power wires with fusible links that split off to various power wires. These two ring terminals are broken off (explains why I have no power anywhere), so next step is to try and repair these terminals and also repair the ground the owner messed with. Talking with Polaris the crappy part is if the fusible links are damaged, they do not list replacement parts for those so a harness would be needed. I would doubt that that all fusible links are bad, but the problem did start after they tried to "wash" it. I will post my findings once I start tackling it.

Kept seeing something about main power fuses but looks like they eliminated those as well, They were supposed to be next close to the battery.

I agree with everyone above, check valve clearances

We try to go by the maintenance schedules, but also recommend at least once a year oil changes and then depending on what the atv is used for more frequent services on other components as needed

Aside from the float needle being the sole problem, some trash from the fuel line and fuel tank could have gotten hung up between the needle and the seat causing the needle to keep leaking fuel

Axles do need to be removed to replace the boots, some axles are easier to remove than others depending on the usage of the atv and service history

Done and gone, with the wires repaired back on the solenoid and the groud fixed fired right up! Had to clear a bunch of codes but good to go now.
