I am kind of sick of having a stock ATV and not that willing to spend money on it but would love to spend some time for some easy homemade mods to kill time. Thanks.

Check if you have any power in the battery if you do make sure that you don't have any corrosion, rust, or cuts in the wires and in the connection wires to battery.
