  1. A little more info on this project.  The initial diagnosis from the dealer was that the crankshaft position sensor was bad and that is part of the stator assembly.  The new one I put in is showing the correct output voltage.  I've checked the coil and it is good.  The orange with white stripe wire and black with white stripe are showing incoming voltage to the ECM when the ignition is on.  The manual shows 2 pins on the ECM plug that should have voltage coming from the crankshaft position sensor, but there is no voltage at those 2 pins.  One of those pins comes directly from the sensor and the other pin has a wire that goes somewhere forward.

  2. I have a 2005 Suzuki King quad that I bought new in Florida. I've got it snorkeled with oversize mud light tires for our all the water and mud we had in Florida. I've never had any trouble with it until now, there's no spark to the plug. I had it to a local dealer for a diagnosis and have replaced the stater myself but still no luck with the spark.. I have a factory manual that I got a long time ago and have been doing the diagnostics but still not sure what is wrong.. Is there a certain section of the forum that I should go to for some help?
