Well i have solved the problem. i found out that the diaphram on the top of the carb had a small rip and made it not run good thank for all your help do

try to start it with a battery jumper and see if it works

i have it set at 0.10mm according to the manual

Well i check the valves and are in good working order i think the problem is with in the carb

Welcome, that is a nice ride you got there. I am curious where you got an '05 250R since the last year they were produced was 1989. Is it a fresh build using after an aftermarkets frame and other newer parts? Or maybe a 450R or 400EX with a 250R motor and plastics? Can you post some better pics of that thing?

My bad thare dirt demon it is an 87 trx250r that was restored from the ground up will post some better pics of the trx250r

If i get the big bore kit would i need to ad an oil cooler for that

i have and raptor 350 and i want to know if thare is an big bore kit i was also looking around to see if thare is any suspention mods for my raptor

Well i clean the carb today and it did the same thing so what could be the problem

well i have my 05 raptor 350 that needs some fixing when i want to start it up it will start fine with the choke on but whaen it gets warmed up and i take the choke it will idle and then it would die and wont start again so what could be the problem any help thank
