I am working on one of these as well... a 1997.

While l can't tell you exactly what each plug is for, I can tell you that these bikes came with a lot of options. Some of them had the cooling fan (which I am interested in installing on mine.) and in some countries they allow them on the road so they have more lights. I am sure this is probably the same generic wiring harness that Suzuki used on the Quad Runners and the King Quads for over a decade. Only using what they needed to. Yours is looking exactly like mine with all of the missing connections.

yeah, I am getting ready to delete my facebook account. I am tired of it and the drama that comes with it. I am hoping people start migrating back to what made the internet so great for enthusiasts. It seemed you used to be able to find forums for just about anything you were into with hundreds of posts a day. A ton of information on the subject you were looking at.

I just joined hoping to find a board that is more active than the ones I currently use. It seems everyone has gone to facebook now and that really just annoys me... its too hard to keep track of posts you interested in.

Anyway.. I live on the boarder of middle and eastern Tennessee. I am a Suzuki guy. I currently own a 2020 Suzuki King Quad 500, a Arctic Cat 90 for my niece and I am working on restoring a 1997 Suzuki Quad Runner 250. I am hoping to find some help with that project here.
