  1. Thanks. I'm new to this platform but have rebuilt lots of motocross bikes and chainsaws and whatnot . Glad you've got a carb guide here. Yep looking for a clean OEM manual that's searchable. Those are very useful I'm down by a river in central IL ✌️
  2. Is the shifter rubbing the plow lever or mount? On my 93 with manual plow I had to bend the shifter away from the plow mount to prevent it sticking against the plow parts. Probably not an issue with a winch operated plow.
  3. The affected wires lead to connectors that enter the motor near the pull start. Not sure what those are but they probably matter 😁
  4. Really hoping it all goes back together well. It was running like crap when I started this project. Kept chasing carb problems and then found sediment in the tank. Noted the tank can't come out with the motor still in the frame , and thought, that's a good reason to replace the bent frame 😅 Before it started having issues it was great for work And play
  5. Thanks guys. I should definitely order a manual, worth the effort not printing 400 plus pages and finding a binder and all that 😁 Latest development with the quad is that I noticed some rodent chewing on the wiring harness around the fuel tank/transfer case selector area. Looks fixable so far. Have any of you worked on one of these LT 4wd motors? Sure is a big hunk w transfer case and rear diff all attached to it.
  6. I have enjoyed the quad so far, got a lot of good use out of it already. Unfortunately I bent the frame by hitting a tree, thus the frame swap.
  7. 10-4 mech. There's a manual on this site, requires 10 posts to download. Since this post I found a manual on a facebook group also. It is old school, 400+ page pdf , and isn't searchable. I know I'll need it to look over the motor as well. I'm still curious to grab the one from here, maybe it is a better copy.
  8. Update, the axles pop out. And then the diff comes out of the left side of frame.
  9. Hi, I'm working on a frame swap on this 93 LT 4WD I'm sure I'll have lots of questions. For now I'm stuck on the front diff. Does it come out of the frame with axles attached? Also, how do the axles come out?
