  1. Hi it’s water cooler , efi . I’m sure there was only two years they made it . I’m sure it’s like 2016 or something age wise. Really needing procedure to time correctly as I Cant see any timing marks on the cam shaft and torque settings aswell thanks
  2. I’ve checked them all and can’t find anything relating to that specific model
  3. Hi just thought I’d update you. Put a new starter motor on and starter clutch and it cranked over. So that solved that problem still ram roughy and traced that back to one way valve on fuel tank being fitted wrong way now runs perfect cheers
  4. Hi I had an issue with a Polaris 325 ace . It was pressurising the water system. I’ve stripped the engine and had the head skimmed. Would anyone have torque settings and correct timing procedure/marks thanks
  5. Hi we have a mule with a kaf700 engine. It was struggling to start and run so remove fuel tank and fitted new fuel pump due the amount of dirt in the tank and had the injector repaired. It was slightly better but not right. We tried a different throttle body and that didn’t help much. We compression tested it and cold and hot was around 70 psi . We’ve removed the head and found the valves not sealing correctly . We’ve sorted that and it’s around 130 psi now . When the spark plugs fitted now it struggles to turn over. Before it was fouling the spark plug aswell. I’m now thinking that there’s been an issue with the decompression on the cam shaft . Has anyone had similar issues ?? Thanks
