PROBLEM SOLVED- The Tether Switch was hooked up to the Brake wires, and the Brake Wires were hooked up to the tether switch. Found it by checking continuity from the Ignition switch to the Tether switch, and there was none. Started checking both the brake wires, since the brake wires and tether switch all have the barrel connectors. Found it was wired wrong.

I have checked every switch and replaced both brake switches. It will run great until the brake is released. I have checked the Engine ground, and even added another ground.
