Hello again. I have figured out the problem. When I changed the pickup coil a few months ago, I thought the problem might be there again. I disassembled everything and found that the wiring for the pickup coil had been too close to the spinning wheel. Therefore, the cord was damaged. Even though it wasn't completely broken, it was so badly damaged that it didn't provide enough power to the coil. It gave spark, even if it was weak. I repaired the cord, so now it spins like a dream 😊

Hello. I have a Bear Tracker 2002. I have been having problems with spark. Since I have removed the battery and starter relay, it gives spark, ewhen pulling the starter by hand. When I install the battery and starter relay, it gives no spark, even if I pull the starter by hand. However, it will not start with the hand starter Has anyone had the same problem?

Hi there. I have a 2002 Bear Tracker that doesn't spark. I want to test the CDI box but can't figure out how to test it. The CDI box is one that has a plug, with eight poles (see picture). Does anyone know how to test?
