It was seized where it goes into the carb guys, hit it with some wd40, came out 30min later, turns and works great, thanks again

Big bear 400 idle screw doesn't turn....any advice in how to get it unstuck...when I turn it with a screwdriver, the whole cable turns, thanks in advance guys
