Looking for two stock front wheels for 92 TRX300 2WD. I think they are 6 x11" size.

Yep. New aftermarket CDI fixed it. Runs great now.

I recently noticed my Fourtrax 2WD has 4WD wheels installed on the front. The back spacing is significantly different than 2WD wheels and they are almost touching the strut springs and the tires actually do touch the springs.. So far, no luck locating 2WD wheels to correct this issue.

A new CDI unit fixed my ignition problem. I did order a new rubber mount for it too. Mine is hard as a rock. This may have contributed to the problem as there is no vibration isolation left on this 34 year old rubber.

Good copy Todd. I did check that same switch in the TRX. It checks good.

Stator output values? VAC?

Troubleshooting results. No spark while spinning engine with electric starter. No spark using the pull starter either. Sometimes the red oil temp comes on when I first turn on the key switch. This should be a bulb check cycle. However, sometimes there is no red lamp when turn the key on.

I have removed the OEM CDI box. no visible defects. connectors look good. I need the specs to read out the magneto coils.

Does anyone know which aftermarket CDI is known to work reliably? I hear Rick's electronics are pretty good.

Spark plug, cap and ignition coil check good.
