It's been sitting in the garage for over a year and it's not starting, i haven't tried starting it in a long time and i don't know what i'm missing/doing wrong considering i can't find the manual. It belonged to my brother and i don't want it going to waste. It still has some gas left in it, i'm thinking that maybe it's the battery? In all honesty i'm a complete n00b to this sort of stuff and google is failing me, i'm either looking for some friendly tips or a link to a site that would tell me what to do.
