Hello i'm looking for my first atv. I found a 2002 700 twin. Its been sitting for 2.5 years. plastic looks good. from what I can tell underbody looks good. The tires are flat as its been sitting so I figure there dry rot and im going to need new ones. most likely need new battery. I have not seen bike run yet as it was dead when I showed up ( they didn't know I was coming) Scheduled to come out on Monday. so it needs new tires new battery has NO plow and NO winch. 3000 miles. What is it worth? they are asking around 2000.00 If it starts and everything looks good what would be a good price to grab it at? Any info will help thanks!
