Anybody build/buy a lift table for working on your machines? I've got one of those little hydraulic motorcycle lifts but it just seems so tippy with a quad on it. And using jack stands with it means you're locked into a height.

I have also been looking for one, the cheapest iv found is the harbour freight one, wish I would have bought one a few years ago when they were cheap, you would always see them on sale for 299.00, they are on sale now for 499.00. Still a descent price compared to others.

That looks like a nice one, it actually looks a lot like the Harbour Freight one only black and electric. The other reason I never bought one is it ties up a lot of space for something I don't use that often, but lately I have been needing one quite a bit. So im looking around.

Space, that brings up another point.  Some models have casters you can crank down in case you want to move.  I had to move mine over to get a car in the garage for storage last winter.  The air over hydraulic lift is also handy.  Just things to consider when buying a lift.  But as usual, the options all add price to the unit.

I've got a 1995 220 Bayou and the electric start does not work.  When I got it the machine was pretty rough but I was told it ran less than a year ago.  The key switch had been cut off and wires  twisted after the key was lost.  I bought a new ignition switch and repaired the wiring and it is working correctly.  It is in neutral and the neutral light is on when the key is turned on but I get nothing when pressing the start button.  I verified there is no voltage going to the starter from the solenoid.  The fuse in the solenoid is good.  Something I found that is odd is that I get positive voltage(12 volts) to the brown, black, and white wires that run into the solenoid when the key is on.  That doesn't make sense to me but I could be wrong.  I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.

I bought this from a buddy to plow snow up in the North Eastern Washington- its been getting oil in the water and I've been changing the oil often and adding collant as necessary-
I've taken the stator cover off and I'm looking at the Oil Seal and water pump seal and they look good- Although I've ordered a factory oil Seal I'm looking at putting it in this afternoon-
I don't have the factory service manual- am I suppose to Add RTV to the Stator cover Gasket? I've seen some folks suggest grease other suggest RTV?

Any suggestions here- I'm trying to reassemble it tonight- I looked at downloading the manual but need to get up to 10 posts firsts it looks like-

I appreciate any suggestions- normally I'm a jeep and honda dirt bike guy- but  I got a good deal on the quad and a plow so I went for it
Its got a bit over 3K and runs pretty good- but I've had her tore apart for 3 weeks to figure out the oil in the coolant issue.

I have a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie KVF 400 and im trying to figure out the actual float height... i have read 17mm +- 2mm, seen 13mm and 23mm... what is happening is it will start right up, rev a little and all is fine, when it warms and you put a load on it bogs down and sputters. no i don't have a manual

      Hello.
I've bought myself a Iron Baltic electric hydraulic plow lifter for my TGB, with a matching mounting kit. It was supposed to fit directly on my ATV. But I'm really not happy with the result. Had to cut off some of the cover under the atv, and still the angle didn't seem to be right in order to fasten the adapter on top. Also it touches the bumper and makes ugly marks.
Is there anyone here with experience, or know a good solution on this?
