Hey guys and girls - I’m at a loss and need your help!
My jianshe 400 ML has been starting great on pull start but nothing on electric. Narrowed this down to starter clutch so have changed this and now engages fine.
problem is since changing she struggles to turn over. Had it hooked up to a car battery just to see if it will flick over but to no avail.
Has Spark
Has fuel to carb
absolutely fine turning over with spark plug removed.
Any clues appreciated!!

Need new tires for mostly plowing and running around. Found some good tires.
specs call for front 26-8-12 Rear 26-11-12
Has anyone put 27-9-12 & 27-11-12 as more of selections going up on front and taller
thanks all

I am looking at either of the above, both have extremely low miles like 125 on the Kawi and 700 on the moto. The moto has power steering and is 10 years newer but it is ...Chinese and I have heard last year there was parts availability issues. The older Kawi's had some belt and fan issues.
Anyone with real experience on either chime in with your opinions?

Hi HiSun Forum Group.
I am a new member looking for some guidance on how to properly adjust the carburetor. My general (and maybe flawed) understanding is that there is supposed to be both a Fuel side and an Air side adjustment screw on most Quad & Side by Side carbs. My HiSun 700 seems to have finger-spin idle adjusting screw (easily accessible on the driver's side of the carb) and a Carburetor Pilot Screw (not easily accessible, directly underneath the carb but above the engine head). My instinct tells me that the Pilot screw is for adjusting the Fuel as it is on the Fuel side of the Carb. I don't see any adjusting screws on the Air side of the carb. I've adjusted the pilot screw several times but never successfully eliminating the back-fire upon deceleration issue. Any intel on my apparently missing Air adjusting screw and or back-fire issue is greatly appreciated.
Additional notes: My spark plug and fuel filter is new and I only use non-ethanol fuel. Manufacturer of the motor is Chongqing Huansong Industries Group Co., Ltd. Engine Family: 8TMTX.700A10

It seems every ATV i look at to buy used has no title, does everyone loose there title, or do they change hands so often the title is lost in the shuffle. The ones that do have titles are triple the price. I am new to buying used quads is this pretty standard procedure.
