Cycle Country Winch Parts?

Hey, I'm new here. Just broke my winch on 4x4. It is a Cycle Country 3000 lb. A gear is broke and it looks like cheap made metal, pot metal or aluminum. Is there any place to get parts for winches. Model is an ATV-3000i. I called Cycle Country but no answer. Thanks.
