You may get lucky and find one on ebay. But I think your best bet would be to measure the diameter of the stem and try to find a similar part from a different model, maybe from a Honda knock-off or something. Or you may be able to find a suitable replacement from these guys. igus inc. - iglide® self-lubricating, maintenance-free plastic bearings
