02 Vinson Auto. clutch hanging and noise

Hey guys,I just installed another motor in my 02 Vinson Auto. and am having problems with the clutch not releasing when I come to a stop, it will keep chugging along at idle. Also get alot of chatter from the clutch cover area. So far I have tried both the primary and secondary clutches from the old motor which were working fine, I have tried the old belt, I have removed the wet clutch and inpected it and it looks fine. Any suggestion? anyone else ever come accross this problem? Thanks

      I have a 2009 Honda Rancher TRX420FA with shifting problems.
      Usually it shifts ok when cold but after couple minutes it will stop shifting with no codes.
      The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in first gear is 74psi. The 2nd shift clutch oil pressure when in second gear is 74psi.
      The 1st shift clutch oil pressure when in neutral is zero. The problem is when the tranny is in neutral the 2nd shift clutch pressure starts around 10-15psi and builds to 20psi. Is this normal?

      I am wondering if any of you have a Clutch Starter gear from a 1988 era quadrunner 250 sitting around that you could get me a precise measurement of the outer diameter of the race the sprag engages onto, for me? I need to machine a damaged race down and install a hardened sleeve and need that measurement (it's on a different gear than the OEM one, so I can't buy and use a OEM gear).

      Just picked up a 2025 Yamaha Kodiak 700 fixing to do a EPI Clutch mod to it since I dropped bigger tires on it !! Air box , exhaust , and programmer next !

      I was wondering if anyone out there has a digital copy of an Owners Manual for a 2003 Suzuki 500 Vinson 4x4? I have a service manual, but no Owners Manual. I would like to know how to correctly operate/engage various features.

      Hey all, BruinBeater here.  Just joined up from the Pittsburgh, PA area.
      Got a Polaris Sportsman 1000 and a 570 in the garage that don't get ridden quite enough but looking forward to a family trip this fall.
      I'm the unofficial mechanic of the extended family.  In the past month or so I've replaced a transmission in a Chevy Silverado, rust repair on a Chevy Malibu, electrical repair on a Subaru Crosstrek, overheating issue solved on a Can Am Commander, and right now I have a pair of Grizzly and a Bruin 350 in the garage.  Both have a no start condition and have been sitting for 2+ years.
