2007 Arctic Cat 250 - Acceleration Jerky

Hello, I am new here, and I hope someone here has experienced the problem I have. 2007 Arctic Cat 250 Utility 2x4. I am having trouble with a surge, or, if you will, jerky acceleration in High range only. So far, I have gone through the rear end, shaft, had the side cover off the trans, checked the belt for heat cracks, and wear, rear and front clutches seem good, have not been thru trans., as I don't see any synchro's or such that could cause this. I am just stumped as to where to go next. Engine runs smooth, and jerking has to be from clutches back. If anyone has an idea, please jump right in! Thanks in advance,

i have heard sometimes if you unplug the cdi box overnight, it might reset some things and take your problem away ... just a thought ... might not do anything, but nothing ventured, nothing gained ...
