What Does A Linhai Owner Think?

Hello everyone. I have the Linhai 400 UTV and I am having clutch problems. I have to shut the engine off in order to change gears. Do I need to replace the clutch? If so, anything on the web to help? Also, does your Linhai UTV have a loud "whine" when you are traveling in it? We bought this new in December 2012 and has done this since day 1. I am also in GA (middle GA), what dealership do you use? Thanks in advance for any help!
