So I bought a 2008 Raptor 350 off a guy for $300 he told me all it needed was a new stator. So I bought a new stator and put it in it. When I did that the fourwheeler would start and shut off. I asked a buddy and he said that when you replace the stator you replace the voltage regulator. So I got a new one one and put that in it and it still starts up and shut off when you touch the gas. But if I unplug the voltage regulator it runs good until the fourwheeler gets to a certain RPM then it shuts off. Does anyone know what the problem is??
