If you use a regular battery charger with an output of 12 volts and hook it up to the atv battery and press the start button and it doesn't crank it will be your relay. between the two .If that isnt the case try this (((((((((hey check out my video on how I fixed mine.I had the same problem as you did and could not find no one online to answer my question so here it is, your welcome!!!!go to youtube channel (sublimed fixit) It will show you exactly your problem and fix.
