Thanks alot and it is about 4ft 6in and about 1/3 of that is where it pivits up and down and yes it freely spins 360degrees and up and down

Hello sorry for the late response, i used a old boat trailer so the hitch was already installed,

thanks alot  the mic im useing is just an average lepal microphone heres the link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L0A98DS/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 and im using a gopro hero 4 silver the crash wasn't to bad lol thanks alot ride safe!
