Hi MarkinAR, my 1992 Big Bear does that sometime, usually when it is cold. Could you or another member explain how to adjust the shifter and the clutch as well as the linkage? Anything else we should look for?

Hi Diamonddogs. I have a 1992 Yamaha, Big Bear 350 looks identical to yours except the plastic is black and it has the H/L/R shifter in the front left fender. I was wondering if you found a way to repair the plastics. I heard that you can buy plastic welders, not sure if they work if any good for the fenders on the ATV. Thanks.
