  1. i am seeing that same smoke machine go from $120 to $250 on ebay and amazon so don't get ripped off / i found one on ebay for $120 and it comes with smoke fluid/ i am seeing another smoke machine made by the same company 'Autoline pro' for $70 )it doesn't have the hook on the top and the pictures say it doesn't come with any smoke fluid ( the $120 smoke machine with the hook i like the design better but with shipping it is about $150)

I watched some videos on youtube and the mechanic highly recommends this tool (i found one for $15 +$5 shipping from china)

it's kind of annoying because my dad can be so cheap i could never see him spending $200 and whenever i spend a bunch of money my mom always yells at me...

  2. So the guy ordered in 4 or 5 new replacement electrical parts. I think it is new CDI box, new coil, new stator, wiring harness and maybe something else too

( previously we tried everything and could not figure it out but then 'guess hypothesized that both CDI boxes the guy gave us were fucky)    //     We have no idea what is wrong (dad says maybe some switch inside of both of the CDI boxes the guy gave us is fucky)

I don't know the status of the weird spark plug behavior because my dad said something about the fly-wheel and he had to order in some special part in do do something with it.

  3. This is a picture from the 2006 Polaris Sawtooth service manual// i was also looking for pictures of a 2006 polaris Sawtooth stock hitch images and i didn't see any typical truck hitch/trailer hitch looking things ( i only saw that bar across the back that you could tie a rope on to pull things maybe?

  4. i had to take the day off work so i will find out the results on Tuesday about the Honda cr250 dirt bike //Coil/stator/wiring harness/ cdi box        the problem is sporadic spark plug behavior ( we turned off all the lights in the garage so it was very dark) he kicked the kick starter about six times and i observed the sparks from the spark plugs.

1st time - low ish medium spark

    2nd time - no spark

    3rd time - no spark

4rth time - very faint spark

5th time - big medium big bright spark

6th time - very faint spark

The customer guy gave my dad two different CDI boxes and some other stuff (we tried a whole bunch of things and cannot figure it out). We are guessing both CDI boxes are bad so the Honda cr250 owner guy tracked down a 3rd CDI box// the whole situation is confusing

  5. Oh i forgot you typed that you ordered a new wiring harness. So that should means the wires should be in new condition so no corrosion / maybe one of them is loose but probably not // tomorrow i will hear the results from my dad about the cr250 honda dirtbike strange spark plug behavior and maybe it will be some sort of clue// it is stator/cdi box/ wiring harness sort of problem too

  6. You know the electrical wiring plugs/plug ins attached to all the dfferent rnadom bunch of wires (the ones i have seen look like a copper tube covered in soft bendy plastic plugs that are at the ends of the wires?

Maybe one of them has corrosion or a loose connection and things only work if the bike wiggled a certain way or something

  7. i never tried a pressure washer because our shop doesn't have a inside or outside water tap on the outside shop wall... even though we do have a pressure washer//

How well does the pressure washer work on getting oil and grime off?? My dad says the pressure washer could water blast out the Chain Lubrication fluid and (expletive removed) up the motorcycle chain///

i know that when i use bleach $3 dollar store 'Mildew and rime remover" it turns the oil and grime into a smeary smudge i wipe away with higher quality microfiber clothes(these microfibre cloth rags just work way better)

i put the scrub free '$3 Dollarama dollar store solution' in the other Dollarama $3 sprayer bottle because it is was way better for spraying bleach (do not get on any rubber or plastic i read it will weaken it and make it brittle

(i spray the bleach on the oil and grime carefully and aim it real careful and then i use a giant flat head screwdriver and a medium flat head screw driver /one in each hand i attack and poke and scrape on the bundled up microfibre cloth on the grime to smear and wipe away the grime oil smudge (these clothes work very good at absorbing and hanging onto all the smudge
