  1. O.K. let's make this easier. What carb kit choice has worked for you? !. Just cleaned and reassembled with old parts. (What we call a field repair) 2. EZ Start kit $40 3. All Balls kit $35 4. Discount-ATV kit $26 5.Outdoor beast kit $12 6. Unbranded kit $9 7. ordered Suzuki parts o-rings and gaskets $20 plus parts as needed. 8. Mikuni kit, not sure which one is needed.
  2. The important question is what cut-off method? I can not recommend cut-off wheel, angle grinder, saws-all and chisel, or torch. That torch one was not one of my best moments. Den
  3. I have used a LOT of tips and techniques ( jacks hydraulic and handymen, heavy equipment both tracks and blades, tire hammers and slide bars, etc.) Years ago I finally purchased a BeadBuster XB. It has not failed yet. Some tires and wheels take a considerable amount of time repositioning in small increments, but I have succeeded. One nice thing about the BeadBuster is the small size. I travel to remote areas and it is easy to bring with. Wish I had purchased many years earlier. Den
  4. Rebuilding a 1998 King Quad LT-F4WDX that sat for the last 12 years. Tearing into it this week. So far I've found brakes all around, hand brake cable, Choke cable, u-joint left rear, lower A-arm bushings, need to kit carb-petcock-pump, low compression, and more to be discovered. I have rebuilt, repaired, and overhauled a number of Honda Three Wheelers. I have learned that there are some aftermarket parts that are junk/bad fit, and there are some places it is foolish to use anything but factory. I am sure I will have a lot of specific questions as I progress, but for now what brand of replacement cables, and what brand of carb and petcock kits have worked well for you. Thanks Den
