  1. I found it and adjusted them properly it was just hard to see it. Thanks guys!!
  2. I have removed the front plastics and the speedometer and I'm able to get to both intake and exhaust but I don't see a T anywhere from the inspection hole no matter how many times I pull it over. The T shows when the engine is at TDC and I just can't see the T stamped on the flywheel. Help me please.
  3. Is there another way to adjust the valves on my quad because I am unable to fit my hands between the frame to properly adjust the valves. I have the service manual but I don't want to remove the engine from the bike. Can somebody help me? Thanks!
  4. I found the problem!! The shift linkage was worn out and it was traveling to far and slapping the case. Thanks for the help ya'll.
  5. Is there any other sort of adjustment i can do without taking the engine out? Thanks!
  6. It can't be the gears because it sounds like a shifter linkage or something is slapping the right side casing. I know it is something to do with something hitting the casing though but can someone help me out with figuring out what is hitting the case? Thanks!
  7. no i shift it like normal and i dont abuse the heck out of it either
  8. Does anybody know which Mikuni carburetor is on an 87 quadrunner 300. Thanks!
  9. When ever i down shift from any gear, it makes a singular loud click or knock and I don't know what it could be. Anybody have any idea
  10. I tried what you said and it didn't work. Could it be that the switch isn't getting power to it? I took a wire and touched it to the neutral switch connector and touched the other end to the reverse light wire and the light came on. So could it be that the reverse switch has a loose connection and is not getting power to it? Thanks!
  11. Ah ok, I will try these when I get home today. Thanks!!
