  1. Is it possible to check the valve clearance without removing the front fender?
  2. I was thinking of doing something similar because I bought this as a budget quad. What did you make it from?
  3. The manual that I have for a Suzuki 160 has you remove the side cover after draining the oil to verify top-dead-center position.
  4. Thanks! I plan on adjusting them this weekend when I pull the front fender.
  5. It looks like a nice area, but would be quite far from me.
  6. I am interested on some easy trails to ride with a younger, new rider in the Pittsburgh region. Preferably further west near the airport.
  7. Where was this trail? With the exception of the branch that got you, it looks like a nice area.
  8. PA requires titling and registration if I remember correctly. Like many things in the state, it tends to be loaded with bureaucracy and fees.
  9. I am looking for a PDF version of a manual for a Suzuki Quadrunner 250. I am not sure of the year, but believe it is a late 1990s model.
  10. I am looking for a front battery cover for a Suzuki Quadrunner 250 (year unknown). It has the headlight on the handle bars and no speedometer.
  11. I recently purchased a Suzuki Quadrunner 250. I am not sure of the year. I plan on rebuilding the carburetor and looking to do some maintenance before using it. I also purchased a Quadrunner 160 and planned on doing the same maintenance. I have the same question for the 250: I am going to change the oil, which is simple enough, but after reading the manual there are many adjustments that are needed when the oil is drained. Does anyone have any advice on the valve clearance or clutch adjustments? Both require the oil to be drained and the engine at top-dead-center. Anything else that I should do while it is in this configuration? I am unable to find a manual online for the 250. Does anyone know the valve clearance setpoint?
  12. I recently purchased a 1998 Suzuki Quadrunner 160. It is very clean and in good condition for it's age. I am rebuilding the carburetor and looking to do some maintenance.
