and then you have to take into consideration putting bigger tires on it, 27's, and then it will fit with the tailgate down LOL

the 550's are nice too :smile:

my friend dan here has a wolverine he bought new a couple years ago and is very very happy with it. i haven't driven it, but it does and goes everywhere the bigger bikes go. an advantage too is its alot lighter to throw around if you're stuck ...

very nice bike, but at my age i would need training wheels; so thats why i have a quad. very nice bike all the same, i just don't mend as quick as i used to and i know i would have that odd spill...

welcome fellow canuck! maybe back off what he adjusted first and try it, if not it, could be like a safety switch that got damaged while doing the brakes?

i never checked on ebay, could be cheap there. they sure do get ya by the short and curlys for some of this stuff!
its almost worth investing in an old parts bike for what you need ....

i've been to syracuse! cool. rochester too for an REO Speedwagon concert in the 70's LOL. went to buffalo every year as a kid with my parents as my mom was u.s. citizen. yah you get alot of snow. i lived in the kingston area in ontario, close to the border by the thousand islands ....

you can take your time rebuilding the other motor, you don't have to do it all at once. like put 20 bucks away each week/2 weeks, then start having some fun after 6 months. obviously you know what you're doing, and you have done it for a number of years. if you think you'll still have the quad in 3-4 years, set a goal to rebuild the motor in a year or 2 years ... man, your quad is up and running and you have a spare mill, lotsa time!
