My machine is finally up and running again ,I bought a new Honda cd box and it started right up and runs great ,but it seems to have something else going on ,after running for awhile the left side cover gets so dam hot you can not put your hand on it ,the fan comes on and goes off ,what would make it so hot ,is it something going with the stator ?

The manual was a great help thanks again ,i did all the required checks to rule out every thing except the cdi box the machine will start and run great and then just stop running ,when this happens the spark and the fuel pump power disappears ,then without touching anything ,meaning wiring connectors i turn on the key push the start button and it might start it might not,I always thought the cdi box was either good or not good everything is leading toward that box ,I hate to buy one one not knowing for sure if it is that,where is the best price for these other than honda ,thanks again

Hi i have a 1988 Honda 350 foreman ,must be a orphan year i have been unable to get a manual ,how do i go about obtaining one,I am new to this any help would be great,I am having a problem were i have no spark and the fuel pump has no power to it any ideas.
