2003 Kawasaki Bayou 250 - Neutral/Safety Switch

okay thanks. now where exactly is the neutral/safety switch? -
having problems with my bayou 250. no neutral light. have new battery, had starter solenoid tested twice and it tested good, relay next to the solenoid is new. if i jump from the neg batt terminal to the neg side of the starter solenoid i get a neutral light. any ideas where i should go from here?
