I have an 03' 80cc raptor that doesn't want to start from a cold start. It turns over nice. I can put it in gear, drift it and it starts right up. After its warmed up, I can shut it off and start it up using the electric start with no problem. I cleaned the carb, put a new spark plug in, checked the spark. I put a new battery in and a new starter. The choke plate screws are still there. My friend said it might be a compression issue. Any ideas out there?

I have an 05' LTZ 250 that needs a new rubber boot on the shaft. Do I need to pull the swingarm and rear shock off and pull the shaft out to replace the boot?
