97 Honda recon trx250 won't shift

I have a 97 Honda recon trx250 manual shift that is stuck in first gear. I have managed to get it to neutral and reverse a few times but when I shift it back to first it dtays there. Now it is staying there. The shifter still moves up and down all the way yet still won't shift. Any ideas?

      reverse and neutral lights on a 1986 honda trx200

      i just got a 1986 honda trx 200 and the reverse and neutral lights don't work, i looked in the service manual and it says to remove two screws and the cover comes up and you can check the bulbs, the book does not show the two screws and i can't see them.Does anyone know how to get to the screws to check the bulbs. i will appreciate any help i can get...thank you

      I would appreciate being pointing in the correct direction for a wiring diagram and or schematics of the 88 Honda FourTrax 300 4x4 if anybody has any knowledge of how to test the ignition system stator and CDI I don't know if the voltage regulator probably and also the FCU I put a new ignition in it it is a cheap aftermarket one doesn't have the correct plugs but has the correct wiring scheme I get power  the neutral light comes on and the oil light stays on it turns over but I have no spark
