I have a 90cc Kazuma ATV.  I got it running no problem with a new carb but I want to change the transmission lube.  I am having zero success on finding any sort of instruction manual or video etc. on how to do it.  Any help would be appreciated!

I'm so new to these Kazuma machines myself.  I have what I believe to be a Falcon 110.  Got if not running and ratted out from a neighbor who moved.   Is there a hole for draining the engine oil?  Again,  sorry for my inexperience.  My TT500 motorcycle uses the same oil for the 4 stroke engine as it does for the transmission if I remember correctly.  Failing that being the solution,  could it be that these engines were made so cheaply and with so little thought that you're expected to turn the atv on it's side to drain it out the filling port?  Some of the newer 4 stroke lawnmowers these days,  I think I've heard said that you aren't expected to ever change the oil.  I wonder if that could have been the philosophy behind the Kazuma manufacturers;  i.e. "if it's time to change the oil,  it's time to buy a new machine".   If you have success finding the answer you are seeking and feel so inclined to post your solution it might be helpful for more than a few people.

There is a drain plug.  It is NOT the one on the left side bottom of the engine towards the front, it is the other plug on the bottom.  I don't know what the bottom plug on left is but don't open that one, parts start to come out with it!  You are correct, the engine oil and transmission/clutch oil is all the same, fill cap on the right side top.

I bought a new carb off ebay for like $10 and a key assy and switch from this site.  Thing started right up with new battery.

Hi briantutt,  thank you very much for your post of resolution and the link for where you have had success purchasing parts for your machine.  I hope you are having lots of fun with it!

What if said parts fall out of the transmission plug? Or should I say the plug on the left side? I took it out to drain it lastnight as I just got a falcon 110. Wanted to change oil and tranny fluid but struggled lastnight to get that spring/bolt back in. Any advice?

Hi, I have been around everything with a motor since I was little, and finally purchased more to get my husband, and kids involved. I have 4 quads I will be searching around for information on. I have two 2002 Suzuki LT80K quads, a 1997 Yamaha Timberwolf 250, and a 1996 Kawasaki Bayou 220. I have had different ones throughout the years, and plan on buying another Yamaha Banshee. I plan on trying to learn more about all of them, so I can customize some of them. I know nothing about them besides how to race them, my dad always took care of the rest, but figured it was time for me to learn.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a really Heavy Duty ATV cover. I have bought several and they do keep the water off somewhat, but they are very thin and do not contour with the shape very well and water pools up in the rack louvers. I think i may be looking for a heavy canvas one, if anyone has a recommendation it would be greatly appreciated.

So we are almost a month into winter and I've been so busy working on my house that up until today, I didn't realize that we just haven;t gotten any real snow yet to warrant putting the plow on my grizzly. So that got me thinking, what are the latest plows out there and what ATV plows are the best? I've got 2 snow plows for my grizzly, a quadboss pile driver atv plow set up and a snowsport ATV plow. They are both a bit dated now and I tend to stick with the snowsport due to ease of use and I just like it so much. So if you have a plow on your ATV, please let us know what it is and post a picture with your atv/plow would be awesome. Would also like to know what you like and dislike about it.
This is back a while when I did a write up on these 2 plows.... in 2009 I got the snowsport and in 2012 I got the quadboss.
